First, it looks like one of two things. They are either switching off the power grid, which is equipped with modern LCD or something can be done in the memory circuit, broke. Or know ye not cut off the network, or someone does not qulaified look behind the TV (trying to pass these on its own, a little TV in residual stresses, even if unplugged).
Secondly, or change to SCART lead dust. It is likely that for some reason, playing in the American NTSC color large format. We need to change it to PAL, but can not do without the remote control. Buy Universal for Tenner and tidy.

After Philips has listened to, the amount managed by welding off.the changed in battery-backup is "us" shall be replaced (not a conventional battery, a soldier in the circuit) to. try to set the SCART cable to another Matsui.

TV Philips: Battery backup memory is gone. This is a small battery of 1.2 V or 2.4, which connects to the memory card. Any repair of television will change that for you in 10 minutes.

PAL stands for Phase Alternating Line and is the method by which to solve the chrominance signal into two components that are used for quadrature amplitude modulation of the chrominance companies.
If you can not even PAL adjustment is not always a true picture. Getting a new remote, they are cheap as chips nowadays.
In the PAL system is the relative phase of the quadrature components reversed in alternate rows to minimize phase errors.
